2.3 Software Ownership: The DIDIMONI software, user interfaces, branding, visual styling, and underlying code remain the exclusive intellectual property of the developers.
3. Informational Nature of AI & Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties (Strict "AS-IS" Provision)
DIDIMONI utilizes automated artificial intelligence to provide writing suggestions, paraphrasing, translation, and grammar assistance. Generative artificial intelligence produces probabilistic outputs that may contain factual inaccuracies, linguistic defects, contextually inappropriate phrasing, or hallucinated statements. Outputs generated by DIDIMONI do not constitute professional, legal, financial, academic, or medical advice.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF DIDIMONI IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. THE SERVICE, ALL UNDERLYING TOOLS, SOFTWARE, AND GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS.

- (B) ANY FINANCIAL LOSS: Any direct or indirect financial loss, loss of profits, loss of business revenue, lost commercial opportunities, business interruption, reputational injury, or economic damages of any kind;
- (C) ANY LEGAL PROBLEMS OR DISPUTES: Any third-party claims, lawsuits, defamation actions, regulatory penalties, copyright infringement claims, academic disciplinary proceedings, or government fines arising from or related to your use, distribution, or publication of content generated by DIDIMONI.
Because DIDIMONI is provided completely free of charge, the developers maintain Zero Financial Liability to any user under all circumstances.
5. 100% User Assumption of Risk & Comprehensive Hold-Harmless Defense
You assume 100% of the responsibility, liability, and risk when choosing to use DIDIMONI, input text, or rely upon and publish generated content. You acknowledge that DIDIMONI is an automated drafting assistant and you are solely responsible for independently fact-checking and verifying all text before formal publication, academic submission, or commercial reliance.
Comprehensive Hold-Harmless & Indemnification: You unconditionally agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless DIDIMONI, its developers, contributors, and upstream technology providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, judgments, regulatory penalties, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees and legal defense costs) arising out of or connected with: (A) your access to or misuse of DIDIMONI; (B) any content submitted by you or generated on your behalf; (C) your violation of these Terms; or (D) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or statutory rights.

You agree not to use DIDIMONI to: (A) generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent material; (B) violate any applicable local, national, or international law; (C) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract underlying models or proprietary software; (D) interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service; or (E) access the Service through automated scripts, scrapers, or bots without prior authorization.
7. Governing Law & Inquiries
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general law, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
